Provided a virtual workshop for senior leaders of a cybersecurity technology company. The highly interactive session focused on senior leaders’ responsibilities to intervene both “in the moment” and by way of follow up on inappropriate behaviours in the workplace. Forum theatre was used so that participants could suggest how an “active bystander” should react.
