As a member of the Vario Account Management team, Tom meets and interviews candidates, and liaises with clients to deliver the right Vario solution. Tom is dedicated to ensuring that the process of recruiting talented lawyers into Vario assignments is as smooth and supportive as possible.
Having spent over a decade working in international legal recruitment, Tom has wide-ranging experience of recruiting lawyers at all levels into private practice and in-house roles.
