International law firm Pinsent Masons has been appointed by Birmingham City Council as legal advisor on the procurement of a development partner to deliver the regeneration of the city’s Ladywood area.
Ladywood is a 62 hectare city centre site, identified in the Big City Plan as a key area for redevelopment to deliver family housing, public spaces and community facilities.
The Pinsent Masons team is led by partners David Meecham and Didar Dhillon, with support from a number of other local authority specialists within the firm's Birmingham office including Rebecca Rowley, Amy Walker and Chris Haines.
Commenting on the instruction David Meecham said:
