Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Balbec Capital LP on its €350 million Rule 144A/Reg S RMBS public securitisation.
The transaction, arranged by Goldman Sachs, involved the issuance of listed notes backed by a pool of four sub-portfolios of seasoned re-performing Spanish residential mortgage loans. Goldman Sachs and Barclays acted as joint lead managers on the deal.
The Pinsent Masons team was led by London-based securitisation partner Harjeet Lall, with support from Ann Lalor and Robert Dever advising the Issuer from Pinsent Masons Ireland. Michel Bulach provided Luxembourg law support from Pinsent Masons Luxembourg.
