Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired partner Eleanor Ludlam to join the firm’s TMT team in London.
Eleanor specialises in cyber and data risk and has significant experience in acting for insurers and insureds operating in a range of sectors including banking, manufacturing, technology and media.
She has a background in both commercial litigation and data protection underpinning her practice advising clients on privacy litigation, cyber and data risk matters.
She joins from DAC Beachcroft where she has been for the past four years.

She brings a wealth of cyber readiness, incident response and data-related litigation experience to our team. A winner of the Most Inspiring Women in Cyber Awards 2021, Eleanor has developed her practice both in private practice and in-house. In 2019, she began a 15-month secondment to the Global Privacy team of one of the world’s largest insurers. Following that, she spent six months on secondment to a SaaS technology company in 2020.
