The agenda will explore key developments across the mass actions landscape, including:
While commercial conferences often focus on the claimant perspective or bring together mixed audiences, this event is designed specifically for defendant-side practitioners and aims to provide a confidential, collaborative environment for discussing the challenges faced by organisations exposed to mass action risks.
This conference will bring together leading practitioners and thought leaders for an afternoon of insightful discussion on the changing mass actions landscape, which is increasingly impacting businesses across all sectors.
Conference attendance is limited to in-house counsel with an interest in mass actions defence. We reserve our right to exclude those who do not fall within the event criteria. When registering you will be placed on waitlist and we will notify you if a space is available. If you would like to nominate a colleague to attend, please contact Lisa Reynolds.
