Anna-Lena Kempf
Senior Associate
Anna-Lena is member of the IP and TMT team in our Frankfurt office.
She advises companies on all aspects of advertising, copyright, design, and trademark law as well as on technology and innovation projects. She develops strategies to protect creative content, supports the launch of new business models and platforms, and ensures the compliant use of data and content – from traditional advertising campaigns to AI-driven applications.
In addition to advisory work, Anna-Lena represents clients in contentious proceedings, particularly in competition law. Her clients include national and international companies from the automotive, technology and consumer goods sectors, media, education and research, retail, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
