Ben is a Senior Associate in our Employment & Reward team. He specialises in advising clients in the Life Sciences, Retail and Financial Services sectors on a variety of complex contentious and non-contentious matters.
Ben provides strategic, commercially focused advice on board-level issues, industrial relations and collective issues and large-scale workforce projects. His role involves acting as an Account Manager for some of the team's largest clients. He is known for delivering pragmatic and straightforward advice that aligns with business objectives and adds measurable value. His work often involves navigating complex regulatory frameworks and supporting clients through organisational change.
Ben is particularly interested in the evolving role of AI in employment law and practice, and how it can be leveraged to enhance decision making and compliance while reducing costs.
