Advised a large Chinese state-owned enterprise on the establishment of a consortium with a multinational company and its successful bid for the Saudi's largest integrated urban project—the Red Sea Project (around $4 billion). Our work included the review of a concession agreement and negotiation of the EPC contract, etc. This deal was ultimate awarded "Belt and Road Deal of the Year" for 2020 at the China Business Law Awards.
