These disputes often involve large-scale projects across multiple jurisdictions, including South Africa, the United States, Germany, Italy, and England.
Chantel has worked on cases involving corruption, fraud, workplace misconduct, theft, and procurement irregularities. Notably, she was involved in the groundbreaking first of its kind global coordinated settlement for corporate criminal liability in South Africa.
