Christopher works cross-sector, advising national, regional and international private and publically listed companies, on their corporate transactions and company law. He specialises in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructurings, and company route-to-market issues in the UAE and wider GCC.
Christopher also advises on a variety of corporate commercial matters such as UAE agency and distribution arrangements.
He has significant experience of managing all aspects of corporate transactions, from the initial head of terms stage through to successful completion (and beyond), efficiently and effectively.
Christopher's UK experience, coupled with his experience of working in Dubai since 2013, gives him the ability to put regional issues in to context when advising international companies and, vice-versa, to advise regional companies on UK best practice.
