Kane is experienced in real estate capital transactions and development projects in renewable energy and health sectors.
For buy side capital transactions, Kane has assisted clients with the entire process including preparing the legal diligence report, drafting and negotiating the contract for sale and purchase of land, attending to exchange of the contract for sale and purchase of land and completing the acquisition via PEXA. For legal diligence, Kane is experienced in reviewing land titles and plans, registered dealings on titles, various statutory search reports, leasing documents and other ancillary legal documentation and raising Request For Information. In addition, Kane also has extensive experience in commercial leasing including acting for landlords in negotiating and drafting leasing documents for commercial buildings in Sydney CBD and North Sydney. Kane is also experienced in drafting land tenure documents for wind and solar renewable energy projects in New South Wales and Queensland.
