Katie has a broad range of experience in commercial dispute resolution, including in the fields of litigation, arbitration and mediation. Katie also advises on internal investigations and reputation management.
Katie acts for a variety of clients, from PLCs to private individuals, in areas such as commercial contract disputes, professional negligence claims, defamation proceedings and procurement disputes. Katie has extensive experience of obtaining injunctive relief and of securing and implementing search orders. Katie advises clients in matters which require reputation management, and has supported clients with high profile and sensitive internal investigations. Katie has a particular specialism in product liability and product recall work.
