We work with clients on all aspects of search orders. Having been involved in many multi-site, sensitive, and time sensitive search orders has allowed up to build a tried-and-tested toolkit to support clients efficiently. This includes advising on the suitability of a search orders to applying for the order and preparing for its execution.

When we have been appointed to act as an independent solicitor to supervise the execution of a search order, we are experienced in all aspects of the role from serving the order to producing detailed report(s) for the court. Our team with supervising solicitor experience are located across England and includes a number of females (important given Civil Procedure Rules requirements).
