Lucy's focus is on defending large employers in Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation on a variety of topics, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing. Lucy also has extensive experience managing redundancy and other change projects.
Lucy has a particular interest in managing industrial relations and has experience managing pay negotiations, advising on industrial action and contingency planning, and collective consultation processes. Lucy regularly advises on trade union supported disciplinary and grievance matters too.
