  • Advised Sanabil and Investcorp as Series B lead co-investors, alongside UK counsel Proskauer, in relation to a combined $110m investment in an ADGM company, Salla Holding Limited, the holding company for the MENA's leading and fastest growing e-commerce enabling platform.

  • Advised a European real estate development company in relation to two joint ventures in Ras Al Khaimah – one in relation to the development of a hotel, and the other the development of an industrial laundry business.

  • Advised Saudi Agricultural Livestock and Investment Company in relation to its significant investment into Saudi agri-business, Naqua.

  • Advising a UAE Developer on the restructure and disposal of three ongoing developments in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including a residential development, a hotel development and retail development. This includes advising on the corporate structuring options; negotiating the form of the asset sale agreement; and negotiating the form of the ongoing management arrangements with the proposed purchaser, post-completion.
