Olivia leads Recruitment, Resourcing and Workforce Strategy for Pinsent Masons Vario's Financial Services Regulatory Consulting practice. With over 10 years' experience delivering interim, project-based and advisory talent solutions, she is responsible for attracting, engaging and deploying specialist consultants to support clients navigating complex regulatory challenges.
Olivia works closely with financial institutions across financial crime, regulatory compliance, conduct, risk, governance and large-scale remediation programmes. She leads the growth and management of Vario's Financial Services Regulatory Consulting Bench, a curated network of experienced consultants and subject matter experts.
Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders, Olivia helps organisations access specialist expertise to support regulatory change, transformation initiatives and business-critical projects.
