Pavitar advises a range of commercial clients on real estate and property transactional matters. He deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development projects, due diligence and a variety of asset and portfolio management work.
Pavitar assists clients on corporate real estate work, especially acquisitions, disposals, development and investment (landlord and tenant) matters.
He has completed numerous complex and high value development schemes, providing strategic advice to property owners, developers, end users and funders, respectively.
Pavitar's experience also includes asset management work for a number of investors in the negotiation of leases, purchases and disposals.
