Rachel assists clients with entire construction projects including tender, contract negotiations and financing arrangements along with post contract award matters such as variations, security and contract management queries. Rachel has significant experience in the commercial development and infrastructure sectors, and regularly advises developers, employers and funders as well as contractors and consultants on all aspects of construction projects. She is experienced in drafting a wide range of construction contracts, which includes all industry standard forms as well as bespoke, project specific contracts. She offers clear, pragmatic advice with the aim of ensuring that projects are progressed to completion to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, whilst ensuring clients interests are protected.
