Out-Law / Your daily need to know
Our latest work
Our advisers act on domestic and international projects of all shapes and sizes, working with many of the leading names in the market. Browse our experience below, or use the filters to look-up recent work in particular geographies and industry sectors.
Our experience covers a wide spectrum of equity, diversity and inclusion interventions, but we have found the following 7 areas to be key to clients in D&I strategy development, execution and creating culture change, focusing as we do at the individual, team and organisational levels.
Tailored Training
Our training helps HR professionals and leaders make decisions about employees confidently, balancing commerciality with empathy.
We focus on outcomes and changes in participants’ behaviours not just the transfer of information.
Our specialist team of lawyers are educated in, and dedicate their time to, training and learning.
E-Learning
Online training that your employees can watch when it suits them.
Pinsent Masons recognises that e-learning needs to be interesting and interactive. Our e-learning is much more than text heavy PowerPoint slides, we use interactive questions and video footage to engage participants.
Our online training allows you to train large numbers of geographically diverse audiences in a cost effective way.
E-Learn+ Harassment
The harassment suite has two modules, one for employees and one for managers. Guidance is given on what behaviours amount to harassment and bullying, what to do if you experience or witness this and the right to protection against victimisation for speaking up.
Please note: We do not believe that asking workers to complete eLearning alone will satisfy either the Equality Act statutory defence that an employer has taken all reasonable steps to prevent harassment or the employer’s duty under the Workers Protection Act to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. We therefore recommend that these modules should form part of a broader strategy to educate workers ideally through small group discussion and/or live workshops.
E-Learn+ Management Essentials
Our video E-Learning modules deliver training for line managers that enables them to carry out investigations, run disciplinary meetings and manage capability issues with confidence.
