Multinational firm Pinsent Masons has been recognised for its work in promoting diversity and inclusion at work in the Financial Times Diversity Leaders 2020 special report.
The firm, ranked 21 out of 700 global businesses, is the highest ranking professional services firm in the report which assesses 700 employers in how they promote all forms of diversity.

In January Pinsent Masons was named as the most inclusive employer in the UK by lesbian, gay, bi and trans equality charity Stonewall in its Top 100 Employers list for 2019. In October work-life balance charity Working Families highlighted the firm as a top ten family-friendly employer in the UK.
A total of 10,000 privately held and publicly listed companies employing at least 250 people were surveyed as part of the report.The diversity leaders have been identified via an independent survey of more than 80,000 employees in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. Furthermore the research included the views of human resources and recruitment experts.
