Andrew is the global Senior Partner of Pinsent Masons and chairs the firm's Board.
Andrew has ultimate responsibility for the leadership of Pinsent Masons. His role is to ensure delivery of our strategy to be a purpose-led, multinational professional services business with law at its core.
The success of this strategy relies on cultivating a firm whose social and environmental responsibilities are part of its DNA, is a leader in excellence and innovation and which celebrates the importance of a diverse workforce.
Prior to becoming Senior Partner, Andrew held senior leadership roles as head of the Corporate team and head of the Transactional Services group. He is a private equity specialist with extensive experience in advising clients in the Infrastructure sector.
The nurturing of talent is important to Andrew. He led a team which developed a growth mind-set strategy in collaboration with Matthew Syed (the former Olympic table tennis player and author of “Black Box Thinking” and “Bounce”), which achieved recognition from across the legal industry.
