The equity and debt raises are to part fund Craneware’s $400 acquisition of Florida based Sentry Data Systems.

    Advised the joint lead managers on a £250m sustainability bond issued by Aster Group to develop new affordable homes. The 15-year bond, which was four times oversubscribed, will be used to develop new energy efficient homes for affordable and social rent and shared ownership. The listed bond was issued under Aster Group's new Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme on which Pinsent Masons also advised.

    Advised Atrys Health Internacional (fully owned by Atrys Health, S.A.) on the approval and execution of a share capital increase valued in €35.08M and the issuance of a new bond program of up to EUR 50M (current tap of EUR 30M), which are subject to negotiation in MARF (alternative debt market), and the termination of the former bond issuance through a partial exchange of the new one.
