Her experience includes advising, primarily international clients, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including reorganisations, corporate governance, foreign investment regulatory approvals (i.e. Australian Foreign Investment Review Board applications) and general commercial advisory services. Katie is experienced in drafting, negotiating, and closing deals in an efficient and organised manner.
