Lisa is in the Banking & Finance team and advises international and domestic financial institutions and alternative lenders, corporate borrowers and investment vehicles on bilateral and syndicated banking transactions across a range of sectors including real estate, construction, leisure and retail.

She is experienced in litigation and large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, concerning complex issues of delay, disruption, variations and contract termination. Lauren also acts for clients during the project delivery phase. Recent projects Lauren has been involved in include windfarms, roads, pipelines and commercial developments.
