Stephanie is passionate about data protection laws and is a key member of our Data, Privacy & Cyber team with diverse experience advising on all data protection compliance and information law issues. Stephanie advises clients across all our global sector groups.
Stephanie has diverse experience on data protection compliance issues including lawful bases, DPIAs, privacy notices, commercial contracts, external transfers and transfer risk assessments. Further, Stephanie has significant experience advising on contentious and high profile data subject and information rights requests. Stephanie frequently advises on employee data compliance, such as the use of diversity information, occupational health records, monitoring and data sharing queries.
Stephanie acts as a trusted advisor to several in-house privacy specialists, is knowledgeable in her field and is able to overlay an appropriate commercial lens, meaning her advice is usually practical and actionable for her clients.
