Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Mace Group Limited on its investment in the partnership with Tenman Group which include Tenman (HK) Limited, Tencore Limited and Tenman Project Management, Inc. (TPM)
Mace is a leading international consultancy that deliver projects and programmes with diversity and sustainability at their core, advising on critical public services and works of national importance, driving international growth in developing countries, and pushing boundaries across the globe to address vital infrastructure and property needs.
Mace is a privately owned business that has grown organically across five global hubs in Europe, Middle East and North Africa, the Americas, Sub Saharan Africa and Asia Pacific. This new partnership will bring Mace into the market in Philippines, and add to its services in Vietnam, Macau and Singapore.
Tenman Group is a market leader in the management of mega, mixed-use hospitality, entertainment and gaming projects in Asia. Some of their notable achievements includes delivering the design and construction of Asia’s three largest integrated resorts which has become one of the region’s most iconic developments and tourist destinations.
The Pinsent Masons team acting on the transaction was led by partner Nicholas Hanna and included Mark Tan, Paul Haswell, Norman Leung, Lisa Hui and Mayumi Soh.
