Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised global energy company Puma Energy on the Luxembourg aspects of the successful issuance of $500m 7.750% high yield senior notes due 2029.
Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised global energy company Puma Energy on the Luxembourg aspects of the successful issuance of $500m 7.750% high yield senior notes due.
The transaction will enable Puma to use the proceeds of the offering to refinance a portion of the Issuer’s outstanding 5.000% U.S. dollar denominated senior notes due 2026.
The Pinsent Masons Luxembourg team advising on the transaction was led by Corporate Partner Yann Payen, with the assistance of Corporate Senior Associate Jeanne Fournier.
Commenting on the matter, Yann Payen said: “As a long-standing advisor to Puma Energy and I am pleased we were asked to help once again on a strategic operation. The newly issued notes have been admitted to listing on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
