Pinsent Masons announces new co-heads of Madrid, Inmaculada Castelló and Fernando Gutiérrez

Both are founding partners of Pinsent Masons Spain, having joined when the office opened in 2017.

Inmaculada is a partner in the Corporate team, with specialised experience in M&A, corporate investments and divestment and restructuring operations of companies primarily in the health and technology sector. She is also an EMEA representative of the Global Inclusion Steering Committee, which oversees the firm's diversity, equality and inclusion strategies globally.

Fernando Gutiérrez is head of the Litigation and Arbitration practice in Madrid. He is a State Attorney currently on leave. Fernando has extensive experience in civil, commercial and corporate litigation, as well as in pre-litigation advice.

Inmaculada and Fernando take over from Diego Lozano, who steps down from the position after five years and will continue as a partner within the Corporate team.
