Pinsent Masons Vario is delighted to announce the appointment of James Lewindon as our new Head of Client Development, UK for the Flexible Services division. James brings over a decade of experience in legal resourcing, having held senior roles at leading organisations in the sector. Most recently, he served as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Financial Services at Flex Legal, where he worked closely with in-house legal teams to deliver agile, tech-enabled resourcing solutions. Prior to that, James was Head of Legal Resourcing at Konexo, part of Eversheds Sutherland, where he played a pivotal role in shaping client strategies and implementing flexible legal services. His reputation for strategic thinking, combined with a deep understanding of the evolving legal market, makes him an invaluable addition to our leadership group.

In his new role, James will lead efforts to enhance client engagement and deliver tailored solutions that meet the dynamic needs of businesses today. His expertise will help us continue to evolve our Flexible Services offering, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and client service.
