The Paralegal Centre of Excellence (PCoE) provides paralegals the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of high-value projects for a plethora of clients, resulting in a varied and stimulating workflow. Paralegals are aligned to our practice groups and trusted to complete work to a high standard whilst being surrounded by a dedicated network of qualified lawyers so that their learning is constant and hands-on. We provide invaluable experience for those applying for training contracts or wanting to gather initial experience in their legal career.

The PCoE also offers the unique opportunity to pursue being a paralegal as a long term career, with excellent avenues for progression. Before the PCoE launched in 2021, across the Firm we had 23 different variations of paralegal job roles which we have now scaled to 7 structured job types, these range from Apprentice Paralegal to Paralegal Manager.
