    Advised lead claimant, British Coal Pension Scheme, and 50 of the UK's largest employer pension funds seeking refunds of tax, valued at £200 million, suffered under the UK's, now obsolete, Manufactured Dividend Withholding Tax Regime on the basis that it contravened EU law. The case was subject to a judgment from the Supreme Court in 2022
