Find other officesBringing together legal experts from around the world, we are delighted to announce our inaugural mass actions conference.
Taking place at our London offices, the conference will explore topical issues in the world of class and group actions and collective redress.
Our keynote speaker will be Seema Kennedy OBE, Executive Director of Fair Civil Justice.
The conference will also feature panel sessions from Pinsent Masons experts and selected guest speakers, covering topics such as:
The future of litigation funding in light of the European Law Institute and Civil Justice Council reviews, Merricks v Mastercard and the Representative Actions Directive;
Conference attendance is limited to in-house counsel with an interest in mass actions defence and we reserve our right to exclude those who do not fall within the event criteria. This event will have a dedicated defendant-side focus, encouraging constructive discussion of the issues experienced by organisations which may face mass actions. We are looking forward to an afternoon filled with stimulating discussion and thought leadership.
Post-conference, we would like to invite you to join our speaker team and peers for networking, drinks and canapes at Sun Street Hotel, 5 -15 Sun Street, London EC2A 2EP.
