This webinar will focus on the outcomes of our "Delivering Garden Communities 2021" survey.
The survey records the results from over 70 organisations involved in the majority of the UK’s Garden Community projects. It explores a range of planning, funding, delivery, stewardship, design and sustainability issues and solutions affecting the delivery of Garden Communities across the UK.
Attendees will gain an insight into the lessons learnt and trends for how new Garden communities are meeting the funding, delivery, design and net zero expectations of future populations. Discussion will focus around planning, delivery models, funding and recovery structures, as well as stewardship vehicle income streams, providing long-term sustainable management and maintenance for the new community.
The session will include a panel debate and Q&A session.
