Fire safety reform – what you need to know
The session will focus on recent and upcoming changes to fire safety law.
This will include amendments to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the outcome of the Autumn 2021 Home Office Consultation on Fire Safety and the likely impact of that, recent significant fire safety sentences, the areas where upcoming building safety reforms impact on fire safety and personal emergency evacuation plans. We will also consider the position in other UK jurisdictions beside England.
