The GC series: Insights from in-house leaders

To mark the conclusion of our GC Series, the Pinsent Masons Vario team are hosting an exclusive evening event at our Crown Place London office, bringing together a select group of senior General Counsels to reflect on the themes emerging from our interview series and continue the conversation in a confidential, peer-led setting.

The event builds on the recent white paper, The Legal Route to Leadership, which explored why lawyers remain underrepresented in CEO and senior executive roles. Through candid interviews with in-house leaders, the GC Series has examined what it really takes to step beyond traditional legal boundaries, navigate uncertainty and progress into broader leadership roles. This evening brings those insights to life through open discussion and shared experience.

The programme will conclude with a keynote from Tim Bradshaw, former intelligence officer and resilience expert. Tim will share practical lessons on decision-making under pressure, adaptability and leadership in high-stakes environments, offering a thoughtful and practical complement to the insights gathered throughout the GC Series.
