This session will delve into project & site data and physical conditions in the process of the development and construction of renewable energy projects.

The environment of the project site is a key factor that has a direct impact on the success of any renewables project, it is therefore critical for contractors to be able to mitigate and manage these risks should they arise. Making sense of these requires a clear understanding of the fundamentals of what these conditions entail. And that’s what we will try to do in this session by unpacking this topic by reference to practical examples of projects in the energy transition sector.
This masterclass, presented by our energy projects experts Chen Han Toh and Nicholas Turner, will take a look at how contractors can navigate these issues and how to limit risk exposure. Frédéric Gillion will chair the session.
