Net zero carbon real estate - a developer's perspective

In this webinar, Paul Connolly, Real Estate Partner, Pinsent Masons, will host a live, informal discussion with Stephen Lewis, Managing Director, HFD Property Group, discussing HFD Property Group’s office development at 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, and the innovative measures taken to ensure that this, Glasgow’s largest office development, is fully electric with net zero carbon emissions.

Stephen Lewis is the Managing Director of HFD Property Group. Pinsent Masons have been advisor to the HFD Group for over 25 years, and in relation to 177 Bothwell Street, have provided legal advice in relation to the full development process from site acquisition, through to construction procurement and lettings.

We will be broadcasting live from Bothwell Street, and will include a ‘virtual tour’ of the development, discussion of the drivers for low carbon and net zero carbon measures from the developer/landlord and tenant perspective and the opportunities and challenges ahead for net zero carbon real estate.
