A session looking at the successes and challenges Pinsent Masons have encountered in their own Social Mobility journey.
It has been widely reported that the global COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on social mobility, resulting in those born into low-income families, regardless of their talent or hard work, not having the same access to opportunities as those born into more privileged circumstances.
We are joined by our Head of Responsible Business Mike Harvey and Head of Early Talent Deborah McCormack for our final event where we will be exploring the steps we at Pinsent Masons have taken to improve internal social mobility. Like you, we are on a journey to better our social mobility and have encountered a number of challenges along the way. In this session, we will share the lessons learned from these hurdles, along with practical tips from our successful social mobility initiatives. The panel will also have time to answer questions from the audience to help you with problems you may face in your role.
This session will be of interest to HR professionals, line managers, in-house legal teams, Diversity & Inclusion specialists, Data Protection officers and any individual with an interest in social mobility.
