Pregnancy, maternity leave and the childcare disparity

This two-hour interactive online workshop explores some common discrimination risks arising from the mishandling of pregnancy, maternity leave and an employee's return to work after maternity leave. 

We will explore some aspects of managing a pregnant employee and maternity leave which are forms of 'positive discrimination' and may surprise employers. We will also explain the 'childcare disparity' and the practical implications for an employer of the recent EAT decision in Dobson.
