This interactive online workshop explores the discrimination risks that can arise from a refusal to accommodate a request for flexible working.

Post pandemic employees are looking to their employers to provide flexibility in terms of where and when they carry out their work. Whilst some are content with non-contractual, agile working arrangements others require the certainty of a fixed arrangement upon which they can base e.g. domestic responsibilities or choice of home location.
