His intention had been to send the images to somebody else within the company that happened to have an almost identical name.
Despite an apology, the worker has been sacked on the grounds of sexual harassment. He has responded by taking Dell to an industrial tribunal for wrongful dismissal. The tribunal will hear the case on 20th June.
