Adam specialises in advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers in connection with asset based lending, receivables financing, borrowing base financing and associated structure financing and sub-participation transactions.
Adam works in our Structured Finance team and specialises in all matters surrounding asset based lending (ABL), receivables financing, and borrowing base transactions. Adam has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the ABL market, and works with a wide range of ABL specialist financiers and borrowers.
With ABL being Adam's core focus, Adam has been involved in both the creation of ABL products for new entrants to the market, and the honing of existing products to meet market demand and technological shifts.
Adam also has significant experience in structuring of cross-border ABL transactions, preparation of both syndicated and bilateral asset based lending facility agreements, leading on complex intercreditor negotiations, working on back-to-back ABL transactions, and advising on ABL (and also general) sub-participations. Adam leverages his understanding of the market to provide sound commercial advice whilst simultaneously managing and mitigating risk.
