Catherine specialises in complex commercial contracting, technology procurement and outsourcing arrangements and digital transformation projects for both private and government clients. Catherine advises clients in a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on the financial services and infrastructure sectors.
Catherine regularly advises clients on a range of challenging and strategic issues, including in relation to artificial intelligence, cloud resilience and agile service delivery, as well as advising on complex regulatory issues for high profile projects. Her experience also includes advising on transition and separation issues in corporation transactions, where migration of technology systems and data are deal-critical.
Catherine is an Australia qualified lawyer, with broad international experience, both at Pinsent Masons and previously in Sydney, Australia.
