Catherine advises UK clearing banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on property development and investment finance involving a range of asset types, including retail units, self-storage facilities, care homes, housebuilding, private rented sector schemes, prime residential property and social housing.
Catherine specialises in the financial services sector. She has a strong focus on real estate and healthcare financing, advising on syndicated and bilateral finance transactions across the UK and internationally.
Catherine project manages new financings form outset to completion involving multi-disciplinary teams (finance, property, construction and tax) as well as leading negotiations on LMA and bank precedent facility agreements.
A number of Catherine's transactions involve international elements and working with more complex corporate structures. Catherine also has also spent time on secondment with HSBC’s structured finance and real estate finance legal team.
