Craig is experienced in providing advice on areas including grievances and disciplinaries, redundancy and restructures, senior terminations, absence management and the application of TUPE in both outsourcing and business transfer transactions. Craig also handles all types of Employment Tribunal, Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal claims in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Craig is a committee member and secretary of the Employment Lawyers Group of Northern Ireland and also teaches at the Institute for Professional Legal Studies at Queen’s University, Belfast.
