Elsa’s practice focuses on Corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, assisting corporate clients, financial investors and family-owned business on all types of domestic and cross-border transactions as well as group internal reorganisations.
Elsa joined Pinsent Masons after 2 years in Thailand and Vietnam and a previous experience in an international law firm.
Elsa graduated from the Universities of Lyon III (Master 2 in International Business Law) and Paris Saclay (Master 2 in Mergers & Acquisitions).
