Advised the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) on an innovative robo taxi project, the first autonomous taxi service in Dubai. This included drafting relevant partnership documents between the authority and the AAV vendor for the project and renegotiation of the AED 8b Dubai metro concession agreement with the incumbent Serco.

Advising the EPC Contractor on the 950 MW Solar CSP and PV Project Dubai (DEWA Phase 4). Advice is on a day to day basis on all legal aspects of the ongoing project to deal with commercial arrangements between the parties and various subcontracts. For our work on CSP projects in the region we were awarded the Legal Advisor of the Year 2019 and 2020 at the Middle East Solar Industry Awards 2019 and the ILFR Awards 2019.
