Helen is a senior lawyer in the Corporate Group with extensive experience in the financial services sector. She regularly advises our largest clients on mergers and acquisitions, Part VII business transfers, joint ventures, reorganisations and other strategic corporate transactions. Helen has a particular focus on the insurance, wealth management and corporate banking subsectors, where she combines deep sector knowledge with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
In addition to her financial services work, Helen also has broad experience of advising clients in the food and drink sector, where she has acted for major retailers on strategic transactions involving food and alcohol distribution businesses.
