Advised Renovalia on a refinancing of up to €207 million for a photovoltaic portfolio of 53.19 MW currently in operation across Spain (including the Casa del Ángel, Electrosolar Albacete, Forntellas, Lasesa, Tordesillas, Valtierra I & II and Valtierra III solar parks). Caixabank acted as the financing entity and agent for the transaction.

Advised TotalEnergies Renewables on the divestment of all its distributed solar assets in Europe (around 170 MW), mainly rooftop installations, across seven European countries—France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Luxembourg—to AMPYR Distributed Energy.
